- Status-Code：401，回傳內容：無(headers缺少authorization參數)
- Status-Code：401，回傳內容：Bearer Token error
- Status-Code：400，回傳內容：無此捐贈機構，請重新輸入捐贈機構代碼
- Status-Code：400，回傳內容：取得捐贈機構名稱時發生未知的錯誤\n請聯絡客服人員：[ Exception message ]
- Status-Code：504，回傳內容：gateway timeout，這是系統因連線timeout自動的回應
